"In 2024 pursuant to the Lobby Disclosure Act of 1995, NiSource reported total U.S. lobbying 
expenditures of $500,000 as filed in lobbying reports with the Office of the Clerk of the 
U.S. House of Representatives and Secretary of the U.S. Senate."

GOVERNORS ASSOCIATION CONTRIBUTIONS (2024):
"In 2024, NiSource did make contributions to the Republican Governors Association in the amount 
of $105,000 and to the Democratic Governors Association in the amount of $155,000."
Total: $260,000 to both governors associations.

"No other contributions were made to other 527 groups or, a 501(c)4 organization; any political 
candidate, party, or committee; or any independent expenditure in direct support or opposition
